The first test that I took was the number test, in which I thought would less of a challenge, seeing that I maintain birthdays, dates, and population numbers. However, taking the test aided the thought that I can only remember, on average, a set of eight numbers in ten seconds. At times, I was able to memorize ten or eleven, but it would always come back down to eight. For this test, the numbers to memorize could be easy if i figured out a way to make a pattern, but if there was not any then I had to sing the numbers to a random tune or beat.
The second test was the letter test, in which I did not really thought of how many letters i could remember in ten seconds, but it ended being the same as the numbers - an average of eight. This time the highest I could go was about ten letters in ten seconds, then I just gave up after about a minute or so... :) woops..... It was less difficult to memorize the letters with vowels because usually, I would make up words or identify words with the letters and vowels. This proposes, in my perspective, that without vowels the letters were much more demanding in work to memorize and maintain.
The third test that I was challenged with was the Famous People Identifier, and I thought it would be difficult with the names not the faces, and I was partially right on that. I identified multiples faces, but I could not recall their names in a quick span of times. I did, however, recognize what they did for their occupations, but not well with their names. Because of my strain with names, I scored a 73% on this test.
The fourth test was the word test, in which, to me, was not that bad because I associated many of the words with what I do or like, so It was not as bad. I was given twelve words and I accounted to remembering nine, so that means I recalled about 75% of the words. The article then stated that remembering 5-9 words is an average count for testing short-term memory.
The final test was a test with memory with face. The site assigned me a random face that I would have to memorize and recreate. The first time I achieved 8 bits because I messed up with tiny portions. I attempted to challenge myself more by taking more of the test in a shorter span of memorizing, in which just resulted in scores of 6-7 bits. The last time I played that game I recieved 8 bits yet again because I messed up by switching the eyes, but it's fine
